Senior Ansul Installation Specialist

Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression is a market leader in kitchen fire suppression systems, offering bespoke services to clients across the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Ansul Installation Specialist to join our team, based at our Head Office in Wellingborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective management and leadership of installation teams, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to company standards.
  • Investigation and resolution of customer complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring and oversight of work progression, ensuring timely completion of installations and adherence to schedules.
  • Bi-weekly meetings with engineers, addressing training requirements, work-life balance, and tool needs.
  • Meeting with schedulers to distribute working assignments and manage engineer relationships.
  • Development and implementation of a training matrix, providing individualized support and guidance.
  • Providing on-site engineering advice and support via telephone.
  • Establishing a group WhatsApp chat for engineers to share advice and information.
  • Supporting the Warehouse Manager in complex kit builds and large installations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Ansul kitchen suppression system installations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ansul manuals and specifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Fluent communication skills with engineers, management, and customers.
