Installation Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator to join our team at 4Way Recruitment. As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the execution of installation works for Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the installation of Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems
  • Implement and plan installation jobs
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with clients and the admin team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure stock adjustments are completed and up-to-date
  • Schedule installation visits with sites in accordance with customer and site requirements
  • Prepare documentation for clients and engineers
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with engineers and customers
  • Enter data into our CRM system and customer portals
  • Process invoices and perform general service administration duties
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a scheduling or planning role
  • Experience in scheduling field-based colleagues, such as engineers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and tele protocol
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
