Gift Card Manager Role Overview
TJX Europe is seeking a skilled Gift Card Manager to oversee our Pan-European gift card program, ensuring seamless operations and revenue growth across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize gift card revenue streams for TK Maxx and Homesense brands, including online, prepaid, stores, and malls.
- Collaborate with external partners to develop strategies and budgets, driving business growth and profitability.
- Analyze weekly performance data, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable plans.
- Oversee control documents, processes, and timelines, ensuring efficient gift card management.
- Lead store allocation processes, sales reviews, and inventory management, ensuring optimal gift card utilization.
- Contribute to long-term gift card strategy and annual planning, aligning with business objectives.
- Analyze reports to determine trends, identify opportunities, and implement weekly actions for the team.
- Maintain a market perspective, staying up-to-date on trends and competitor landscape.
- Coach, manage, and develop the Gift Card Officer, fostering a high-performing team.
Requirements
