Field Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team in the Kent region. As a key member of our service division, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers.
Job Description- Install, maintain and diagnose machine faults on Toshiba MFP equipment.
- Develop and maintain a good rapport with customers through regular contact and training.
- Comply with Group Policies, Procedures and Objectives.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and technical support, with a focus on problem-solving and communication skills. A full driver's licence and flexibility to travel are essential.
As part of your role, you will work closely with our call centre team to ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution of customer issues. You will also be required to train customers on the use of their equipment and maintain a professional approach to all interactions.
The salary for this position is estimated at £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a great benefits package and opportunities for growth and development within the business.
