About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Analyst and Research Advisor to join our team at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct policy-oriented research and analysis in collaboration with Professor Stern and the Institute's staff.
  • Produce high-quality analysis on climate change for decision-makers in the public, private, and third sectors.
  • Play an active intellectual role in the life of the Institute.
  • Work outside of office hours may be required.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent in economics, environmental/development economics, environmental policy, or a related field.
  • Ability to produce high-quality research and policy analysis.
  • Excellent economic analytical skills, including experience of analysing large datasets.
  • Knowledge and experience across a range of climate change related disciplines, particularly climate change economics and policy.
