We are seeking a motivated Care Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Islington. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and personal development.
About the Role:- You will work closely with service users to identify their needs and goals, and develop personalized care plans to achieve them.
- Your duties will include providing support in daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- You will also facilitate community and social outings for service users, promoting their independence and participation in society.
- A high school diploma; certification in healthcare or social work is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
- You must possess empathy, patience, and strong communication skills to effectively interact with service users and their families.
