Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Commercial and Technical Account Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction through technical issue resolution, payment solution optimization, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for technical matters.
  2. Customer Success: Understand clients' business needs and goals, proactively identify opportunities to optimize payment solutions, and ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products.
  3. Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring minimal disruption to their payment infrastructure.
  4. Training and Demo: Support upselling efforts with merchant demonstrations and technical training, holding workshops and refreshers on our product offering to keep clients up-to-date with new features and deliverables.
  5. Project Management: Lead and coordinate the addition of new payment solutions and technical migrations for clients as they expand.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the payments landscape, sharing relevant insights with clients.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in internet technologies and technical processes. Familiarity with Payments industry regulations and technical frameworks, API-based integration methods, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
