Job Title: Strategic Payment Partners Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Payment Partners Operations Manager to join our global operations team. As a key team player, you will be responsible for managing the global payments portfolio across all markets and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor payments dashboards daily to ensure optimal performance.
  • Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks, providing strategic solutions to mitigate them.
  • Work with the Payments team to monitor and maintain the performance of our payment providers globally.
  • Collaborate with Tech/Product/CS to understand the cause of issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Track and monitor SLA's of incidents with Payment Providers.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze payment processing performance data.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively.
  • Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/oral briefings.
