Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Climate Modelling Engineer to join our team at the University of Cambridge. The successful candidate will have experience in software development, including a strong track record of employing best practices and use of development tools.

You will work closely with climate scientists to develop high-quality, high-performance models that aid in addressing the climate crisis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering project at the Institute of Computing for Climate Science (ICCS), where you will have the chance to contribute to cutting-edge research and develop your skills in software engineering, data science, and computer science.

The role includes funding to support travel to conferences and for training activities to support career development, as well as dining rights at Queens' college three times per week.
