Job Description

We are seeking a People Development Manager to join our team. The role involves delivering advice and guidance to line management on employee relations and performance issues, as well as contributing to the UK recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have CIPD qualification, experience as an HR Advisor, and knowledge of Employment Legislation. They will also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver advice and guidance on employee relations and performance issues.
  2. Be well-versed in long-term absence, sickness, disciplinary, and grievances.
  3. Contribute to the UK recruitment process, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  4. Report on HR metrics, headcount, global metrics, and reports for finance.
  5. Maintain HR policies and procedures, updating where necessary.

Competitive Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 and a hybrid working arrangement. As a People Development Manager, you will be integral to our HR function and play a key role in supporting our business growth.
