We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at L&Q, a leading charitable housing association. The successful candidate will have the passion for delivering excellent customer service and resolving complex issues.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing complaints related to maintenance works and ensuring effective delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of complaints, with volumes varying from 3-5 new cases per day
  • Conducting thorough impartial investigations and working within response deadlines
  • Liaising with customers and internal departments via phone, Microsoft Teams, and email
  • Calculating compensation in line with company procedures
  • Maintaining high-quality records and notes on the system
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably with complaint handling
