About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dialysis Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Clinic Manager in our Gloucester clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinic operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
  • Supervise and support staff with continuous professional development and training.
  • Manage patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
  • Provide specialized nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
