About the Role

We are looking for a Psychology Service Manager to join our integrated mental health team in the North West region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified clinical/forensic/counselling psychologist at a senior highly specialist level to lead the development and implementation of a trauma-informed mental health service model across sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of mental health professionals and providing clinical oversight and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a trauma-informed mental health service model across sites">
  • Manage a team of mental health professionals and provide clinical oversight and support">
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

">

- A legal right to work in the UK

">

- Experience of managing a team of mental health professionals

">

- Assessed experience of working as a qualified clinical/forensic/counselling psychologist at a senior highly specialist level

">

Salary and Benefits:

">

The salary for this role is between £47,475 and £72,740 per annum FTE, depending on experience.

">
