Care Services Manager

At RRS National, we are seeking an experienced Care Services Manager to lead our Children's Homes in Lancaster and Skipton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care and support for young people.
Salary & Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and qualifications. You will also receive full-time benefits, including career development opportunities and support for Level 5 qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead two 1-bedded homes in Lancaster and Skipton, providing leadership and direction as a Care Services Manager.
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and ensure the highest standards of care and support for young people.
- Collaborate with external partners to open doors to opportunities for young people in our care.
- Support staff development, including mentoring those pursuing Level 5 qualifications.
- Manage on-call duties and work closely with your Deputy Manager to ensure smooth operations across both homes.
- Proven experience as a Children's Home Registered Manager or similar role, with a background in managing complex needs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Confidence in working with regulatory bodies, such as Ofsted.
- Passion for supporting young people from challenging backgrounds.
