Business Development Sales Representative

At Staffline, we are recruiting for a dynamic Business Development Sales Representative to join our team in the Southampton area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat orders and increase sales margin.
Key Responsibilities- Generate repeat orders through daily calls to ensure all orders are captured and opportunities are taken to maximize sales and margin
- Grow and develop new and lapsed accounts within defined portfolio against targets working with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential
- Study reports, complete gap analysis on customer accounts, and constantly review customer trends to identify ways to increase sales and margin
- Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years' service, with an option of buying up to 5 days extra per year

The salary for this role is up to £26,819 per annum, plus bonus. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 28 days holiday, company sick pay, and a Save as you Earn Sharesave Scheme.
