Established over 35 years, SER (Staffing) Ltd's partner company is a well-established full service hydraulic company providing support across the UK & Ireland. With over 75 centres nationwide, they are looking to grow their sales team by hiring an energetic Business Development Representative to cover Southampton / Isle of Wight and the surrounding area.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of hydraulic systems and be able to identify opportunities for growth in this sector. The role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients as well as identifying new business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company and contribute to its continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
