Learning Disability Liaison Nurse (Health Facilitation Service, Bedfordshire and Luton)
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate registered nurse to support adults with learning disabilities in an acute hospital setting. The successful candidate will work autonomously and as part of a wider team to deliver high-quality, holistic care and support.
Main Responsibilities
The role involves working with a range of agencies to reduce health inequalities and develop nursing skills within an established team. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
