Biosurgery Sales Role
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our UK team as a Key Account Manager. As a leading provider of medical devices, we need someone with expertise in biosurgery and hemostasis to help us grow our presence in this critical area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue. This will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. With a background in pharmaceutical and medical device sales, you will be well-positioned to build strong relationships with OR stakeholders and present/demonstrate our product effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions
- Present and demonstrate our product to OR stakeholders while building strong relationships
- Grow sales within the existing customer base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Liaise with stakeholders such as pharmacists, purchase managers, and admin to ensure continuous product availability in trusts and clinics

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling into theatres and clinics
- Background in pharmaceutical and medical device sales
- Familiarity with NHS and private sector sales cycles is essential
- Haemostasis and/or biosurgery experience is highly valued

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
