Role Title: HR Advisor (Employee Relations)

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
  1. Proactively manage a wide variety of manager-led employee relations cases by phone and email to resolution.
  2. Case management of various types of cases, including long-term sickness, disciplinary, grievance, client removal, redundancy, and capability.
  3. Gather relevant facts for each case to ensure the advice given is the most appropriate in the circumstances.
  4. Take necessary steps to resolve cases promptly and drive achievement of critical SLAs.
  5. Highlight high-risk cases, trends, and management capability issues as appropriate, for the relevant sector in the client's business.
  6. Support with ER letter drafting, including the formation of allegations and outcome letters.
  7. Review and advise on case evidence/notes and procedural correspondence.
  8. Coach, guide, and influence managers to take the best approach to dealing with employee relations issues.
  9. Manage and maintain HR systems, recording all ER cases in a case management system.
  10. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key client stakeholders.
  11. Provide an excellent customer experience to the client, influencing and challenging line managers where appropriate.
  12. Liaise effectively with other internal departments and external teams.
  13. Support colleagues in the wider team as and when required.
  14. Contribute to the improvement of team processes/systems/ways of working in accordance with Infosys' continuous improvement ideology.
Essential Criteria:
  1. Previous experience of advising and supporting managers with complex ER issues.
  2. Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to interact across all levels of management.
  3. Strong customer focus.
  4. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to deliver results to deadlines.
  5. Strong understanding of Employment Law.
  6. Good interpersonal skills.
  7. Good written communication skills.
  8. Good IT skills.
Desirable Criteria:
  1. Experience of working to challenging SLAs/KPIs.
  2. Experience of dealing with volume case work.
  3. Good knowledge and experience of Irish employment law and practice.
  4. Experience liaising with IBEC.
