Nurse Specialist Lower Limb Service Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinician to lead our Lower Limb Therapy Service and Well Leg Service. The successful candidate will have a passion for Leg Ulcer management and excellent leadership skills to support the team.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake holistic nursing assessments to facilitate a nursing diagnosis, plan of care, and ongoing evaluation.
- Provide specialist advice and information to patients, relatives, Nurses and Health Care Assistants within the clinic setting.
- Undertake research activities and lead clinical audits in Community Lower Limb Therapy Service and Well Leg Service team.
- Support the organisation by participating in the senior clinician on-call rota.
The post holder will require excellent communication skills, the ability to work flexibly across a variety of clinic settings, and the competencies required to perform at this level. They will also need to model the Trust's core values and exhibit the behaviours required as part of those values.
