About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinician to lead our Lower Limb Therapy Service and Well Leg Service. The successful candidate will have a passion for Leg Ulcer management and excellent leadership skills to support the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake holistic nursing assessments to facilitate a nursing diagnosis, plan of care, and ongoing evaluation.
  • Provide specialist advice and information to patients, relatives, Nurses and Health Care Assistants within the clinic setting.
  • Undertake research activities and lead clinical audits in Community Lower Limb Therapy Service and Well Leg Service team.
Requirements

The post holder will require excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work flexibly across a variety of clinic settings within our Northern locality and working closely with the Nurse Team Manager Community, Nurse Specialist Community, and Community Nursing team, professional lead and operational management using their community clinical expertise.
