About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of care and assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individual programs of care.
  • Take delegated responsibility for the provision of care/service in a given shift, with the expectation of taking charge or deputising regularly in the absence of the Line Manager.
  • Provide on-going professional and clinical leadership to the care team, delivering evidence-based care as part of the wider Multidisciplinary team.
  • Carry out all relevant forms of care and procedures, for which you are competent to practice, without direct supervision.
  • Demonstrate continuing professional development that reflects individual needs, the needs of the team, and the needs of the organisation.
Working Arrangements
