Job DescriptionThis role requires a skilled Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, working closely with a visiting Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in main contracting, with the ability to work independently and confidently.
- New Build and Refurbishment experience is crucial for this position.
- SMSTS certification is mandatory.
- You must possess a current First Aid certificate.
- A valid full UK driving license is necessary.
- A competitive salary of up to £55,000, based on experience, subject to review after the probation period.
