Quarry Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quarry Site Supervisor to join our team at Project Partners in Rugby, Warwickshire. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our quarry site, ensuring safe and efficient production of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, rail operations, and earthworks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quarry operations management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
