Facilities Maintenance Leader

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Stirling Warrington Careers in Rugby, Warwickshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 15 technicians and managing the day-to-day working responsibilities.
The role is a combination of hands-off and hands-on work, with approximately 80% of the time spent on planning and coordination and 20% on site involvement during major breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor performance of existing engineering staff and contractors
- Taking the lead on suggestions for major electrical improvements across the site
- Delegate tasks and ensure health and safety compliance
