Site Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to join our team at Rocket Staffing as a Caretaker. This role involves ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of our school site. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the site to ensure it is safe, secure, and fit for purpose.
- Perform regular inspections of the site, identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action.
- Supervise contractors, ensuring that they follow Health and Safety guidelines.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities regarding Health and Safety.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
