Job Description: Rugby Construction Manager

Location: Rugby, UK

About us: beBee Professionals is a leading construction company looking for a skilled Rugby Construction Manager to lead our projects in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations: Responsible for the overall management of site operations, including supervising staff and contractors.
  • Liaise with stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Monitor progress: Regularly inspect sites to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project specifications.
  • Ensure compliance: Oversee health and safety regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead a team and make informed decisions.
  • CSCS card: Possession of a valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate is highly desirable.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
