Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, guaranteeing full functionality and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems, leveraging your expertise to resolve problems quickly.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to customers on equipment operation, empowering them to get the most out of their technology.
- Prepare and submit accurate service reports and documentation in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with our clients.
- Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field, demonstrating your technical expertise.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role, showcasing your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems, allowing you to tackle complex problems with confidence.
