Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the Aerospace and Defence industry.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate new customer prospects through targeted marketing campaigns and manage sales cycles from initial contact to close.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new opportunities and expand accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success in a related industry, preferably in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
- Demonstrable knowledge of electronic components, including TFT Displays, Embedded Solutions, Interconnection and Connector Technology, Thermal Print systems, Fans, Relays, Static protection, Capacitors, and Circuit Protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum. A competitive salary package that includes benefits such as health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave allowance.
