Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a pioneering recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to join their Family Safeguarding Team in Wandsworth. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £56,470 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with local and national contexts, incorporating this knowledge into social work practice and contributing to the organisation's public image.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative approaches, considering research and experience from own and other services.
  • Promote and lead the development of strategies, services, and policies for specialist fields, initiating and undertaking research as needed.
  • Ensure the organisation's Standards for Employers of Social Workers and Supervision Framework are embedded across the service, maintaining high standards of social work practice.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services for children and young people in Wandsworth.
  • Adhere to security controls and requirements to maintain confidentiality, integrity, availability, and legal compliance of information and systems.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion, maintaining awareness of the equality and diversity protocol/policy and creating a safe, supportive environment.
  • Manage the delivery and performance of the Team, ensuring all children and families receive a suitable response meeting their assessed needs.
Requirements:
  • A social work qualification or equivalent.
  • Continual professional development.
  • Social Work England registration.
