Our team works together to achieve this goal through various people-related activities, including strategy, resourcing, remuneration, people development, engagement, performance, and organizational culture change.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Partnering: Collaborate with the HR Director and HR Business Partners to develop and implement reward and benefits policies and programs that align with business goals and objectives.
- Annual Events: Assist with mid-year and annual performance rating processes, including managing the timetable, communications, and analysis. Draft calibration packs and RemCom Performance papers.
- Salary Review: Support the production of relevant models, drafting communications, and reports as necessary.
- Bonus and Incentives: Design and review bonus schemes, including STIP and LTIPs, to ensure they remain fair, consistent, and in line with market standards.
- Other Reward Activity: Work with the Senior Analyst to deliver process and specialist operational aspects of reward in the UK, including pay reviews, deferrals, LTIP tracking, and more.
- Benefits: Oversee the delivery of benefits in a timely, accurate, and user-friendly manner. Review policies to ensure they remain competitive and of good value to both the business and our people.
- Employee Recognition: Develop and implement an employee recognition process and platform to enhance employee engagement.
- Job Architecture: Collaborate with the HR Operations Director to develop job profiles and architecture for job roles within the UK. Implement this within the HRIS system and ensure processes are in place to maintain it.
- Global Mobility: Maintain Grosvenor's Certificate of Sponsorship and relationship with support providers for global mobility matters and tax advice.
- HRIS: Provide oversight and direction of HRIS matters, including system roadmap and contract renewals. Ensure analytics and reports align with business needs.
- Team Leadership: Effectively manage two direct reports to deliver team goals, providing guidance and direction when required and supporting team members with their development.
- Significant experience in benefits, reward, and reward business partnering.
- Effective project management skills, including planning and managing reward and benefits review cycles.
- Experience in developing and managing benefits policies and procedures, as well as benefits contract management.
- Ability to prepare reports, documents, and papers for Executive and/or Remuneration Committees.
- Good numerical and analytical skills, with knowledge of tools and systems to produce sophisticated analysis.
- Experience in job architecture and benchmarking, including job matching and data provision, as well as analysis of results back to the business.
- Previous experience with Workday or a similar HRIS.
- People management or team leadership experience.
