Role and Responsibilities

The Execution Solution Lead is a key member of the Defense and Security (D&S) International Solutions team, responsible for developing and delivering training solutions to defense forces and para-military organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the D&S Lead to Award (L2A) business development process from initial customer interactions to contract award.
  • Develop and validate solutions for active opportunities, including defining winning execution strategies, leading IMS preparation, and creating risk and opportunity registers.
  • Lead the creation of comprehensive Transition Plans and post-delivery Sustainment Plans, as well as prepare Milestone Payment Plans and Export Control plans.
  • Interface with customers and end-users to present solutions and deliver Solution Reviews and Design-to-Win reviews.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of related program management leadership experience, with 3-5 years focused on training program development and delivery in the defense sector.
  • PMP certification or equivalent considered an asset.
  • Previous experience with new business capture and proposal processes for large made-to-order programs highly desirable.
