About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at TM Group (UK) Limited, focusing on growing our customer base across the South Region.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business from leading law firms, managing those accounts until they are ready to be handed over to our Account Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including law firms and other industry partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Strong understanding of the legal and conveyancing sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
