**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team at SF Recruitment. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the accounts function for our business. Your duties will include managing the purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations, expenses, credit card reconciliations, credit control, petty cash reconciliations, and journal entries. You will also be responsible for providing reports at month-end.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the purchase ledger, sales ledger, and bank reconciliations
* Process expenses, credit card reconciliations, and credit control
* Reconcile petty cash and prepare journal entries
* Provide reports at month-end
* Work closely with the MD to ensure the smooth operation of the accounts function

**Requirements:**

* Experience working with Sage Line 50
* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational and time management skills
