Sales Hub Manager

Vistry Kent is recruiting a skilled Sales Consultant to oversee the sales hub in Rochester Riverside, maximizing sales outcomes and driving business growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for sales growth.
- Create compelling Virtual tours of sites and house plots to engage customers and enhance their purchasing experience.
- Navigate complex sales negotiations to secure the best outcome for the business.
- Stay ahead of market trends by leveraging technology to innovate sales strategies.
- Coordinate sales visits with pre-booked customers, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Visit all sites within the specified sales hub's area to meet with customers and address their needs.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, handling pressure and meeting targets.
- Success in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
- Able to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and able to adapt to new technologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complaints.
Attractive Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
