Sales Consultant Role

Vistry Kent is recruiting a skilled Sales Consultant to oversee the sales hub in Rochester Riverside, maximizing sales outcomes and driving business growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for sales growth.
  2. Create compelling Virtual tours of sites and house plots to engage customers and enhance their purchasing experience.
  3. Navigate complex sales negotiations to secure the best outcome for the business.
  4. Stay ahead of market trends by leveraging technology to innovate sales strategies.
  5. Coordinate sales visits with pre-booked customers, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  6. Visit all sites within the specified sales hub's area to meet with customers and address their needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, handling pressure and meeting targets.
  2. Success in generating leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
  3. Able to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and able to adapt to new technologies.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complaints.
