Sales and Relationship Manager

Role Summary: The Sales and Relationship Manager will be responsible for securing appointments for our Mortgage Advisors within our estate agency offices and direct sales team. Key responsibilities include contacting and building great relationships with clients from varying warm leads, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish, and meeting/exceeding targets relating to appointments and mortgage sign ups.
Requirements:
- You should have great telephone skills, deliver exceptional customer service, and have strength in building trust and relationships.
- A motivated, tenacious, and energetic outlook is essential, along with a hard working and focused work ethic.
- SOME knowledge of the mortgage process is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer: A competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, 33 days paid holiday, plus an extra day off for your birthday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, employee assistance scheme, and paid entry for charitable events.
