As a Supermarket Shift Leader at Haven, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional retail experience to our customers. You will lead and coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met, escalate issues to the Supermarket Team Manager when required, and induct and support new starters through 90-day induction and completion of core departmental training.

Pay Rates: £16 to 17 from £, £18 to 20 from £, £21+ from £ per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift.

Experience and Qualifications: You may already be a Supermarket Shift Leader or a Supervisor or Team Leader in a similar role. All we are looking for is experience working in retail or a similar customer-facing environment and previous experience leading, coaching, and supervising teams.
