About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Operations Team as a Research Grant Administrator. The successful candidate will have experience in administrative or project delivery environments, with a strong understanding of grant administration and/or working in health or research-related fields.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement grant funding schemes.
  2. Support the monitoring and management of awards, including data collection and analysis.
  3. Maintain accurate electronic records of competitions, applications, and awards.
  4. Contribute to annual award data collection exercises to demonstrate the impact of research funding.
  5. Provide flexible support to projects, including data analysis and administrative tasks.
  6. Occasionally attend face-to-face committee meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum A Level standard education.
  • Excellent administration and computing skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google packages.
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to gather information systematically and manage competing demands.
  • Excellent team working and communication skills.
  • Interest in advancing healthcare and/or a health science background.
