We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to become a part of our Operations Team as a Research Grant Administrator. A background in administrative roles, process management, or project execution is essential. Familiarity with grant management or experience in health or research sectors would be beneficial but is not a strict requirement.

This position offers a combination of in-office and remote work, with occasional travel required for committee meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of funding programs
  • Support the oversight and administration of grant awards
  • Ensure accurate electronic documentation of competitions, applications, and awards
  • Contribute to the annual data collection for funding organizations
  • Provide adaptable support to various projects within the Operations team

Qualifications:

  • A Level education or equivalent
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities
  • Capability to gather information from diverse sources
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Genuine interest in advancing healthcare
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
