We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to become a part of our Operations Team as a Research Grant Administrator. A background in administrative roles, process management, or project execution is essential. Familiarity with grant management or experience in health or research sectors would be beneficial but is not a strict requirement.
This position offers a combination of in-office and remote work, with occasional travel required for committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of funding programs
- Support the oversight and administration of grant awards
- Ensure accurate electronic documentation of competitions, applications, and awards
- Contribute to the annual data collection for funding organizations
- Provide adaptable support to various projects within the Operations team
Qualifications:
- A Level education or equivalent
- Competence in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities
- Capability to gather information from diverse sources
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Genuine interest in advancing healthcare
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
