We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Team as a Research Grant Administrator. The successful candidate will have experience in administrative or project delivery environments, with a strong understanding of grant administration principles.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement grant funding schemes.
- Support the monitoring and management of awards, including data collection and analysis.
- Maintain accurate electronic records of competitions, applications, and awards.
- Contribute to annual award data collection exercises to demonstrate the impact of research funding.
- Provide administrative support to projects and perform data analysis as needed.
- Occasionally attend face-to-face committee meetings to represent the team.
- Minimum A Level standard education.
- Excellent administration and computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google packages.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Able to gather information systematically and manage competing demands.
- Proactive and able to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent team working and communication skills.
