Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our national sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, with experience in the building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a national sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize relationships and revenues with national merchants, buying groups, and independents
  • Research and identify areas for growth in markets and products
  • Full P&L responsibility for the sales team

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record in business and personal growth
  • Good reputation with national merchants, buying groups, and independents
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Comfortable with a lot of travel and overnight stays
