Territory Sales Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Executive to join our sales team at Lifecycle Oils. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our used cooking oil collection service, fresh cooking oil deliveries, and grease traps within a specific territory.

The Territory Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales lead opportunities and build a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Utilize provided data to follow up sales leads and develop them into potential customers.
  • Maintain an understanding of our oil products to educate customers on their advantages and ensure informed decision-making.
  • Understand customer needs and present our supply/collection solutions as the best choice.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure timely completion of CRM system requirements.
  • Closing sales deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Passing leads to the Telesales team for follow-up if a sale cannot be closed.
  • Ensuring full customer detail is recorded for proper servicing and successful handover to Customer Services.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
  • Providing customer/market feedback to the business to ensure our solutions remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Car owner or willing to acquire, with a valid driving license.
  • Sales experience in a similar/field-based sales role, with experience in the Hospitality sector a significant advantage.
  • Confident IT skills, with the ability to work with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively, while acting as an effective team member of the wider sales team.
