About the Role:
Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is seeking an experienced administrator to join the Degree Apprenticeships Team as a Degree Apprenticeships Delivery Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting the delivery of a high-quality application and onboarding experience for LJMU apprentices and their employers. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating a smooth onboarding process, ensuring applicants' eligibility, residency, and employment status meet the requirements of the funding body.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. In this role, you will be working closely with Programme Leads and Faculty Liaison officers to ensure all funding is reserved within the Apprenticeship Service accounts and service agreements are completed.
