We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the position of Community Care Team Lead with Helping Hands. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our customers in the local community.

You will be expected to:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care staff, providing coaching and mentoring to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to manage the allocation of staff and resources, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the Branch Care Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care delivered.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide input into the development of new care services and programmes to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you should have significant experience of working within the care sector, preferably in a leadership role, and a good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
