Clinical Lead Opportunity in Adult Community Services

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to fill the Clinical Lead position in our Adult Community Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient care and driving continuous improvement in our services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and clinical outcomes.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and drive service improvement.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Registered Physiotherapist with relevant experience in Adult Community Services.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of adult community services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
