Job Title: Adhoc Community Care Assistant
At Prestige Nursing & Care, we are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
We are seeking a trustworthy and caring individual to support our service users across the Derby area, providing high-quality care and assistance with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Providing personal care, continence care, and meal preparation
- Offering emotional support and companionship

Requirements:
- Three months' experience in care
