Video Production Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Production Lead to join our team at TeamPeople in London. This exciting role will be responsible for developing an emerging video production offering and supporting the event production team with post-production services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a video production strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor the video and post-production services team.
- Collaborate with the Production Lead to develop insightful reporting data around video production offerings.
- Manage client interaction and expectations regarding video production support efforts.
- Ensure the highest quality production standards and quality control across video and post-production services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of studio and/or field video production experience as a Producer.
- Minimum 3+ years of line management experience in video production.
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with Project Management software and techniques.
