Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Services Coordinator to join our team in a school environment in the Preston area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to teachers and pupils, maintaining and developing the school's website and intranet, and training staff members on various technical aspects.

Responsibilities

  • Install new software and upgrade existing applications
  • Provide technical support for teachers and pupils
  • Maintain and develop the school's website and intranet
  • Train teachers, students and other staff members
  • Evaluate internet systems for safety and implement child protection measures

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a school environment or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available on a part-time or full-time basis and able to travel around the local area
