Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Employee Support Specialist to join our People & Culture team. The successful candidate will provide advice and guidance to support with a range of HR policies and HR-related issues.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant HR legislation, supporting recruitment and selection campaigns, and managing and responding to queries from employees and line managers.

Additionally, you will arrange learning & development events and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality events and experiences.

Approximately £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
