Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Smartsearch Recruitment Ltd. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing accounts in the North West of the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunting and developing specific leads from market information and prospecting within the region.
- Account Management - Growing the relationships and revenue of identified accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Owning and converting leads & opportunities provided by Sales Execs.
- Identifying opportunities for new products and services that will strengthen the offering to customers and deliver a good return on investment.
- Delivering quality sales proposals in response to tenders and enquiries from customers.
- Ensuring clear boundaries and hand offs between sales functions are followed on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of sales success in an Area Sales Manager, Field Sales Executive or Account Manager capacity.
- B2B field-based sales experience, preferably from within construction / modular / portable accommodation or similar.
- Results and target driven and not adverse to change.
- A first-class relationship builder with an entrepreneurial attitude towards winning business.
